ISO14001 Certification

ISO14001 Certification

ISO 14001 certification requires Wells Manufacturing, L.P. to monitor and control the environmental effects of its activities, products, and services. ISO 14001 also assesses energy usage, waste creation disposal, and general environmental awareness. Our goal is to reduce waste and minimize the use of hazardous materials while preserving our natural resources, as well as continue to manufacture top-quality products. All materials entering our plants are evaluated as to their potential environmental effects. ISO 14001 also considers the final disposition of manufactured products when their useful life has ended.

General Motors, Daimler Chrysler, Ford Motor Company, and most European automakers require their suppliers to achieve ISO 14001 certification. Achieved in 2003, Wells Manufacturing, L.P. was one of the first engine management component manufacturers to attain this critical environmental certification. Download Policy

Ford Q1 Certification

Ford Q1 Certification

This Ford program requires that a supplier's facility achieve excellence in four critical areas: capable systems, continuous improvement, ongoing performance, and, most importantly, satisfied customers. Wells first earned the Q1 award in 1989 and it is in our possession today. By meeting Ford's stringent requirements once again, Wells raises the bar. It is easy to see why Wells is the supplier of choice of O.E. and aftermarket suppliers.
